Before You Lose Money...Ripoff Report

Before you lose money you've worked hard for, one of the places you can check the job/service/product out is Ripoff Report. Check to see if there are any complaints. You can file your own too. If you've been ripped off, file a report.

No, this is not a sponsored post. I just want people to be careful when they start giving money to people without checking out the facts first. Why throw your hard earned cash at a stranger in the hopes it will suddenly bring cash to your door with minimal effort when you can throw it in your gas tank with the outrageously high cost of gas?!?! :)

I TOTALLY agree. The site captures all the major ripoffs today and gives warnings, plus you can search a company before you do business with them. I got a check in the mail that looked totally legit, but I was suspicious, so I checked it out at ripoffreport.com and, sure enough, it was bogus. I've read some nasty stuff about them here and there, but I think it's mostly just guys that got caught whining about getting caught. i think it's a really beneficial site and better than the others out there because it's so big and well known, so if people have a legit beef, they might actually get something done about it, rather than how it sits with nothing happening at the bbb.

I've used them to check on some work at home opps for myself and to keep friends from getting involved in something they thought was legitimate but wasn't.
