Better Daily Choices for Moms

I decided this week to make a choice every day to think about my own health...something a lot of people don't do (especially moms who are so busy taking care of others they put themselves at the bottom of the neverending "to do" list that they never get to). So far, I've been making better food choices by adding veggies to my day. I am also taking a multi-vitamin and drinking Acai juice. Not bad for this being my third day. I've even started a blog so that it's a daily reminder to think of my own health regularly.

If I want to lose weight though, I am going to have to exercise or hit the weight loss supplements. Healthy living isn't all about foods though. It's also about exercising your body and your mind (keep those brain cells!) and relieving excessive stress that triggers cortisol which triggers fat cell build-up around the middle. Hmmm...exactly where I have it. Go figure.

All moms need to do this!
