Looking for Diet Products

I am looking for diet products that don't involve taking medications. So you're probably wondering what else is left? I'm thinking all-natural, cleanses that don't make me feel sick, give me headaches, or are gross (and you know what I mean). Does anybody know of anything?

I took a picture with one of my girls the other day and it made me cringe looking at the neck area. I know I have nodules on my thyroid and my thyroid is enlarged with a goiter, but the added weight certainly doesn't help.

My week has not gone well so far

In the past week, I've been to two different doctors and the hospital for tests. Being who I am, meaning I hate going to the doctors, it's been a stressful week. In a couple weeks, I have a few more doctor appointments to attend. What a fun month for me! With all the running around, not feeling well in general because of my thyroid, and being upset with one of my doctors, I have been in a rotten mood.

Anyway, while at the pharmacy to pick up some prescriptions from one of these visits, I stopped at the nutrition and dietary aisle in the store to browse. I found one product that I might have considered until I looked at the price tag! Trying to get healthy sure seems expensive. They were definitely out of my price range so I need to look for discount supplements more in line with our small budget.

Phentermine Diet Pill Review

As I've said many times, I am on a mission to lose weight. Unfortunately, I got off track the last few weeks with that (ok, I got a little lazy).

I came across this diet pill review for Phentermine. It was approved by the FDA in 1959 so it's been around for a long time. When combined with diet and exercise, there is supposed to be 10-15% more weight loss than over a placebo. You take it once a day for 3-4 weeks. You can get Phentermine without a prescription so it is convenient as well.

I'm Losing Time

Summer is almost here and I still have 20 pounds to lose! I told myself I wouldn't go through another summer, like last year, feeling like I was too heavy. What I would love is to be able to get into a bathing suit this year and feel good about it. It'd be nice to find a diet pill that works. I really need to get in gear and lose this weight for my health. With thyroid disease, it is always going to be a struggle for me if I don't get into the habit of a more healthy way of living.

I've Lost 4.8 Pounds

Well, it WAS 5.7 pounds but it is the holidays. Give me a break. I lost that in the first four days of my "diet" too but by the fifth day, I couldn't stand it anymore and I cheated. That led to constant cheating. Thus, no more "diet" did I follow. I have managed to keep some of the weight I had lost off though the past few weeks, despite the holidays. Plus, I have to keep hiking up my pants so even that small amount of weight loss did make a small difference.

I have lost 1/4 of what I wanted to lose in total weight though so that isn't too bad. The diet the doctor gave me to follow just included too many foods that I could not eat without gagging (certain vegetables and fish). I think I am going to modify it a bit to include more foods (proteins) that I like with the veggies I like and cut out the foods that I couldn't stand, that discouraged me from this diet. Obviously, it was working (even if some of the foods was making me want to vomit). This diet isn't a "diet" so much as a different way of eating healthier foods, while cutting out oils, butter, and dairy. Definitely not a bad thing.

Here's hoping to more weight loss in my near future!
