The New York Post Steps in It Over Chimp Stimulus Bill Cartoon

Let me get this out of the way...

OK, I did not vote for Barack Obama and I don't trust him. He has to prove to me he isn't going to screw this country up more (and he's not done that yet). So far, I'm not impressed with him and I resent that we didn't get a chance to review this stimulus bill (like he promised we would). Lying in the first couple weeks of your presidency isn't a good way to start. I think the stimulus (spending) package is full of crap that taxpayers should not be paying for. I don't think it is going to help enough and I think this country should have been allowed to go through its cycle on its own and it would come out of it better instead of being mired in socialism. There is too much damn government and we just keep voting them into more and more of everything.

Then comes the cartoon that ran in the New York Post yesterday. There were snippets on the news last night about whether this was meant to be racist or was it in reference to the chimp that was shot and killed recently when it attacked its owner's friend. Whatever. This is just in bad taste in my opinion.
