Iraq Combat Ending Date & Pork In Spending/Stimulus Bill

Recent FOX News (yes, I am a FOX fan...I don't like the pandering other media networks do):

• President Obama says all Iraq combat operations will end by August 10, 2010.
• Watching the news and they're talking about "pork" in the stimulus bill that include: millions for an addition to the Kennedy library; $2.2 Million to study grape genetics in New York; 475K to expand Italian American Museum in NY; 209K to improve blueberry production in Georgia, 206K for wool research. It's been said that this stimulus bill does not include any earmarks. What are these considered?
• It is being reported on the news right now that there are $410 BILLION in the spending bill for 8,750 earmarks. True or false? I'd like to know!
